The best way to boost your immune system is to eat and drink orange including food-drinks. Today we'll share an orange smoothie recipe. A recipe you've never tasted before.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh oranges
  • 2 cups ice1/3 cup milk (regular, soy, coconut)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

  • Peel oranges
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Bon appetite!
